• Clean Surfaces: Remove all dirt, dust, grease and loose materials, jet Power washing is
  recommended for masonry surfaces.
• Old Surface: In areas experiencing excessive dampness, underlying surface exhibits
  chalkiness use wire brushing, Polycolor Fungicidal Wash & Treatment and apply 1 coat of
  Polycolor Wall primer Elastomeric.
• Repair Damage: Fill any cracks or holes with Polycolor waterproofing stucco putty allow them
  to dry completely.
• Primer recommended: For highly porous surfaces, Polycolor Wall primer Elastomeric 1 coat is
  required for optimal adhesion and best performance on wall or any cementitious substrate.

Stir Thoroughly: Ensure the paint is well-mixed before use.
Dilution: 3:1 (3 parts of paint and 1 part of water ).
Application: Use a brush, roller, or airless sprayer to apply the paint evenly.
Brush/Roller: Use a high-quality synthetic brush or roller suitable for elastomeric paints.
Drying: Allow the 1st coat to dry completely before applying the 2nd coat on it
