Polydeco Pearlato texture is a smooth slightly gritty textured coating drying to an elegant natural matt finish, Pearlato texture Paint handles moisture well and is an effective and practical solution for damp areas and boundary walls, it will provide pearl look like texture finish, which can be used for interior as well as exterior surface.
Masonry surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. It is recommended to allow 28 days as the curing time for new masonry surfaces, Surface must be thoroughly cleaned, free of dust & grease and washed well with water. Treat any areas affected by algae, moss or fungal growth with Polycolor Fungicidal Wash & Treatment, and cleaning with water.
Primer Application– Prime is recommended for repainting or chalky substrate, not on new surfaces. (elastomeric wall primer, exterior wall primer / Durabond)
Recommended tool: Plastic trowel & Metal trowel.
Texture Application – Apply 1-2 coat of pearlato texture with trowel and allow to dry for 12 hours.
Thinning – If required, use maximum up to 5% of fresh water for better consistency and application.
Topcoat recommendation (exterior) – Polyflon, Polyflon elastomeric,antifungus , weatherflex ,polytope elastomeric .
