• Surface Preparation for New Substrate
  New surfaces: Surface must be thoroughly cleaned, free of dust & grease and washed well with water.
  Treat any areas affected by algae, moss or fungal growth with Polycolor Fungicidal Wash & Treatment. If
  cracks of up to 3mm is present, it shall be treated with Terraco acrylic crack filler.
• Surface Preparation for Old/Repainted Substrate
  Existing substrates must be cleaned to remove all dirt, mildew and other contaminants. Treat any areas
  affected by algae, moss or fungal growth with Polycolor Fungicidal Wash & Treatment. This is
  accomplished by pressure-cleaning equipment with a minimum capability of 100-140 bar water pressure.
  All grease, oils and asphalt materials must be removed completely. Also, remove any other old film on the
  surface.
• Sealing: After the proper surface preparation and curing of repaired areas, wash the surface well and
  maintain it. In dry surface condition, proceed with priming by using Polycolor Durabond A; dilute with
  water in 1:3 ratio (1 part Polycolor Durabond A diluted with 3 parts water). Maintain the spreading for a
  single coat application to achieve about 20 – 25 microns DFT. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs.
• Priming: Apply first coat Polycolor Fibrated Waterproofing with a dilution up to 30% and let dry for 6-8
  hours.

1. Apply second coat Polycolor Fibrated Waterproofing without dilution.
2. Apply third coat of Polycolor Fibrated Waterproofing without any dilution.
With brush & roller; apply 2 coats of Fibrated Waterproofing without any dilution and maintain the
application to achieve about 280-300 microns WFT.
