Description
Transparent co-polymer acrylic emulsion sealer. Penetrates the substrate to give good adhesion of subsequent coatings.
For use on powdered and weathered coatings.
Surface Preparation
- If the old coating and/or its substrate have blisters or other defects then total removal must be done by mechanical means or by stripping with paint remover. On powder old coatings, apply 1 coat Clear Binder.
If substrate shows presence of fungi or algae, please proceed with the following surface preparations:
- Apply fungicidal wash by roller and leave to react for 12h minimum. Rinse with high pressure water again. Brush if necessary. Once dried, apply a coat of fungicidal treatment on the surface which will be coated the same day. Apply a thin coat of Clear Binder where necessary and leave to dry for 3h minimum.
Application
- Apply one coat by roller or brush onto clean, dry surface.
