Polycolor Aqualock (Interior Waterproofing) is a waterproof, permeable and breathable paint designed for damp walls, ideal for interior and ceiling type walls. A great solution to dampness and efflorescence challenges. It also blocks external water penetration and is resistant to mold and fungal growth.
Surface Preparation for New Substrate
New surfaces: Surface must be thoroughly cleaned, free of dust & grease and washed well with water.
Treat any areas affected by algae, moss or fungal growth with Polycolor Fungicidal Wash & Treatment. If
cracks of up to 3mm is present, it shall be treated with Polycolor Waterproofing Crack filler.
Surface Preparation for Old/Repainted Substrate
Existing substrates must be cleaned to remove all dirt, mildew and other contaminants. Treat any areas
affected by algae, moss or fungal growth with Polycolor Fungicidal Wash & Treatment. This is
accomplished by pressure-cleaning equipment with a minimum capability of 100-140 bar water pressure.
All grease;
1. Apply 1st coat Polycolor Aqualock Pro without dilution.
2. Apply 2nd coat of Polycolor Aqualock Pro without any dilution.
