Polytol 1K Crystalcoat is a premium single-component topcoat designed to deliver exceptional gloss, long-lasting clarity, and superior surface protection, formulated with 1K advanced technology, it lays down a smooth, mirror-like finish that enhances color depth while resisting scratches and UV resistance.
1. METAL SURFACES
• Remove all rust by wire brushing, sanding, or abrasive blasting.
• Clean thoroughly with Kapci Degreaser 605/ Polytol Degreaser to remove oils and
contaminants.
2. WOODEN SURFACES
• Sand the surface with Abrasive paper (by starting with P80 to P320)
3. PLASTIC SURFACES
• Remove all dust, dirt, grease, silicone and contaminants.
• Degrease the surface with Kapci Thinner degreaser 605.
1. METAL SURFACES
• Apply 1 coat Polytol 1K Crystalprime Filler.
• After drying, sand with P400 – P600.
• Apply 2 coats of 1K Crystalcoat with a 5 mins flash-off time.
2. WOODEN SURFACES
• Apply 1 coat of Polytol 1K Crystalprime Filler.
• After 15 mins drying, sand the surface with P400
• Degrease the surface with Kapci Thinner degreaser 605.
• Apply 2 coats of 1K Crystalcoat with a 5 mins flash-off time.
3. PLASTIC SURFACES
• Apply 1 coat of Polytol Crystalprime Filler and let it dry for 15-20 mins before sanding with
P400.
• Then degrease the surface with Kapci Thinner degreaser 605 again before applying topcoat.
• After 15 mins, you can apply 2 coats of 1K Crystalcoat with a flash-off time of 5 mins in
between coats.
