New Concrete (minimum 28 days cured):

• Rinse with clean water and let dry.
• Remove dust and debris.
• Apply directly after surface is dry.

Old Concrete:

• Chip off loose material.
• Power grind or blast to create surface profile.
• Repair defects with epoxy Screed.

Moisture content must not exceed 4%. Ensure surface is clean, dry, and sound.

Proper surface preparation is essential for coating performance and lifespan.

• 1st coat applies Self-Levelling Epoxy Sealer
• After drying then apply 1 coat of Epoxy Screed if the floor is dent/ not even.
• After drying then apply the Self-Levelling Epoxy Topcoat. Thickness as per requirement (tinted)
• Apply using trowel or mohair roller
• Immediately finish with a spike roller to release air and level the surface
• Apply in one or more coats depending on required thickness
• Spike rolling is essential to avoid bubbling and ensure smooth finish.
• Actual coverage may vary depending on surface texture and porosity.
