• New masonry surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. It isrecommended to allow
  28 days as the curing time for new masonry surfaces.
• Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Growths of fungi, algae or
  moss should be removed by wire brushing, water, Polycolor Fungicidal Treatment and
  Wash.
  – In areas experiencing excessive dampness, underlying surface exhibits chalkiness.
  – In this scenario use Polycolor Exterior Wall Primer as first coat and apply one coat
  of Terraco Handycoat Exterior and again apply one more coat of Polycolor
  Exterior Wall Primer.
  – Apply 1st coat of Polycolor Weather flex with 30% dilution and 2nd coat and 3rd coat
  as such without any dilution on wall for superior results.
