Description

Polycolor Polytop Elastomeric is a cost-effective, high-performance coating specifically designed for exterior surfaces. This elastomeric paint offers combination of flexibility, durability, elongation with good DIRT PICK UP RESISTANCE. This coating is cured with sunlight called UV curing technology. Hence, it gives good durability; making it an excellent choice for a variety of applications where weather resistance and longevity are essential.

For exterior surfaces, masonry, and concrete

Surface Preparation

  • Clean Surfaces: Remove all dirt, dust, grease and loose materials, jet Power washing is
    recommended for masonry surfaces.
  • Old Surface: In areas experiencing excessive dampness, underlying surface exhibits
    chalkiness use wire brushing, Polycolor Fungicidal Wash & Treatment and apply Terraco
    Handycoat Interior / Exterior followed by 1 coat of Polycolor Elastomeric Wall primer and
    2 – 3 coats of Polycolor Polytop Economical Elastomeric.
  • Repair Damage: Fill any cracks or holes with appropriate fillers, allow them to dry completely.
  • Primer recommended: For highly porous surfaces, Polycolor Elastomeric Wall primer 1 coat is
    required for optimal adhesion and best performance on wall or any cementitious substrate.

Application

Apply at least 2 coats for maximum protection and durability.

Use a brush, roller, or airless sprayer to apply the paint evenly.
